Responsibilities:
- Reset and manage overall F&A standards and work procedures to optimize productivity, efficiency, and line run-rate & man-hour performance, and establish standardized work instructions.
- Review automation investment plans together with the mechanics and production managers, and proceed with investment-related purchases such as consumables required for process improvement and implementation.
- Lead strategic oversight of new product introductions, including Line Trials and first production runs, ensuring readiness and alignment with business objectives.
- Strengthen OTC packaging validation management, emphasizing operational efficiency, data-driven validation, and regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot packaging and production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve processes and standardize best practices.
- Oversee and coach production staff to improve technical capability, safety awareness, and process discipline.
- Support decision-making for resource allocation, process improvements, and operational prioritization, ensuring consistent product and packaging quality.
- Provide reliable business support through strong collaboration with the Sales and QC departments.
- Attend weekly Gate Review meetings to discuss new and existing customers' projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of production or manufacturing management experience; experience in OTC,
cosmetics, or personal care industry preferred. - Strong understanding of production processes, packaging operations, and validation procedures.
- Hands-on experience in equipment operations and staff skill development.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, including multi-lingual and multicultural workforces.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
