Responsibility Summary: We are looking for hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals to join our production
team as Line Setters / Mechanics. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining
production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, quick learners,
and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
The Production Line Setter/Mechanic is responsible for supporting the department through a variety of tasks,
including:
- Set up and adjust filling, labeling, and packing equipment according to product specifications.
- Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs during production runs.
- Assist with line changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate configuration.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is running smoothly and safely.
- Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workstations.
- Document setup parameters and maintenance activities as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a production or mechanical role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and follow setup instructions, diagrams, or SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to urgent issues.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds.
- Fast-paced production environment with frequent equipment interaction.
- May require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- PPE and hygiene compliance required at all times.
