BOM & PO Coordinator

Title: BOM & PO Coordinator
Reports to: Manager (Customer Service)
Department: Operation

Responsibility Summary: The BOM & PO Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining ERP FG BOM, including the registration of components. This role also involves uploading and maintaining customer “No-No” lists, as well as ensuring the timely and accurate review and entry of Customer PO review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Constructs BOMs and Routings for new and modified Finished Goods (FGs) and WIP's
  • Routes Electronic BOM from R2 for review and approval to appropriate Project Manager and/or Requester
  • Informs Process & Packaging Engineering Team of BOM completion
  • Customer Item Master R2 set up and maintenance
  • Component Item Master setup
  • Purchase order entry with price and lead time verification in R2
  • Imports entered CPO's in R2 to Planning Board and classifies WO's in “Planning” Status
  • Develop and implement consistent descriptive nomenclature and categories for FGs, WIPs and Components
  • Initiate Change Control (CC) related to FGs and WIPs
  • Import and maintain customer No-No Lists into the EWL ERP system
  • Create and maintain master price list
  • Periodic review of Customer portal systems, looking for updates
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Qualifications:
  • 2 or 4-year business degree, plus 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, or 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced filling/packaging environment
  • Detail oriented, with superior organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds

Pay Range & Benefits:
  • Pay Range:  $50,000 - $60,000
  • Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience
